Hello, I’m Mary Agyei, the founder of Empirical Coaching Academy. As a BSN registered nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare and wellness, I’ve walked the very path many of you are about to embark on. Throughout my career, I recognized the growing need for accessible, proactive wellness education in both corporate and community spaces — and I knew I could do something about it.

After years of working in clinical environments and leading wellness initiatives, I stepped into entrepreneurship, founding multiple wellness-centered businesses focused on health education, and stress management programs. Through this journey, I discovered firsthand how difficult it can be to navigate the business side of wellness — especially for healthcare professionals and wellness advocates who’ve never been taught how to turn their knowledge into profitable, scalable services.

That’s why I created Empirical Coaching Academy — a mentorship and coaching platform built specifically for individuals who want to transform their passion for health and wellness into impactful businesses.
